  STAT3-IN-44 is a potent STAT3 inhibitor with IC50 values of 1.84 ?M (C6 cells) and 4.81 ?M (A549 cells) . It inhibits the phosphorylation of STAT3, downregulates Bcl-2 expression, and upregulates Caspase-3 expression, thereby promoting late-stage apoptosis. STAT3-IN-44 effectively suppresses tumor cell proliferation and migration and is applicable in research on cancers such as glioma and lung cancer.
