DF-006 effectively reduces serum levels of hepatitis B virus (HBV) DNA (EC50 = 2.7 pM), HBsAg, and HBeAg, demonstrating potent antiviral activity, making it suitable for immunotherapy research in chronic hepatitis B (CHB) .
