THP-1 Lysate

• Description :

  THP-1 cells derived from the peripheral blood of acute monocytic leukaemia. THP-1 cell line can differentiate into macrophage-like cells (phagocytic) and can be used for induction of differentiation studies. When stimulated with PMA cells have been reported to differentialte into a monocytic pathway and release arachidonic acid and prostanoids.

• Storage Conditions :

  Aliquot the lysate into single tube and then storing them -80C or below. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
