  PDGF-BB Rat Recombinant produced in E.coli is a disulfide-linked homodimeric, non-glycosylated, polypeptide of two B chains containing 2x109 amino acids (218 amino acids in total) and having a molecular mass of 24.4 kDa.

  PDGF-BB was lyophilized from a 0.2µm filtered concentrated solution in 1xPBS, pH 7.0.

• Storage Conditions :

  Lyophilized Platelet-derived Growth Factor BB although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution PDGF BB should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) .
