Assay Principle
Casein hydrolyzate, plant peptone, yeast extract provide nitrogen, vitamins, growth factors; glucose as fermentable sugars; Tween-80 and cysteine - hydrochloride as bifidobacteria culture provide a variety of growth factors; hydrogen phosphate potassium, magnesium chloride, zinc sulfate, calcium chloride, iron chloride, trace elements provided. Formulation (per liter) : Casein hydrolyzate 10g Plant peptone 5g Yeast 2g Glucose 5g Dipotassium hydrogen phosphate (K2HPO4 • 7H2O) 2g Magnesium chloride (MgCl2 • 6H2O) 0.5 g Zinc sulfate (ZnSO4 • 7H2O) 0.25g Calcium chloride (CaCl2) 0.15g Ferric chloride (FeCl3) 0.1mg Cysteine - hydrochloride 0.5g Tween -80 1mL Final pH 6.5 ± 0.2
Storage Conditions
