Description

DNase I（Deoxyribonuclease I，脱氧核糖核酸酶I）分子量约为39 kDa，是一种脱氧核糖核酸内切酶，可将单链或双链DNA同等程度进行随机分解，生成具有5'-P末端寡核苷酸。在mRNA疫苗药物的生产过程中，DNase I可以在体外转录结束后，对双链DNA模板进行消化去除，从而降低下游纯化难度。此外，DNA作为双链分子，进入人体内存在整合基因组风险，因此也需要对DNA模板进行专门去除。DNase I作为一种蛋白制品，属于蛋白残留检测项范畴，因此需要对其残留量进行定量检测。本试剂盒采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫法（ELISA）检测DNase I, 可以高灵敏度、高特异性地检测和定量分析DNase I含量。
