Description
Mouse monoclonal antibody conjugated to APC which recognizes CD271 that is low affinity receptor which can bind to NGF, BDNF, NT-3, and NT-4. It can mediate cell survival as well as cell death of neural cells. CD271 is useful for the detection of all cells expressing p75NTR on their surface, such as motor neurons cholinergic basal forebrain neurons, activated Schwann cells, olfactory ensheathing glial cells.

Applications Notes
Flow cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 10 μl reagent / 100 μl of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests. Extracellular and intracellular staining.
