• Background :

  IFSP1 inhibits ferroptosis suppressor protein 1, inducing ferroptosis.1 iFSP1 synergizes with GPX4 inhibitors to initiate ferroptosis in cancer cells.1 It potently induced ferroptosis, which promoted innate and adaptive anti-tumor immune responses, in human hepatocellular carcinoma cells which overexpress FSP1.2 A useful tool for establishing ferroptotic cells in Alzheimer’s disease models.3
