Background
Alien (aka COP9 signalosome complex subunit 2) is a novel co-repressor that interacts with the thyroid hormone receptor in the absence of hormone. Alien is highly conserved between human and Drosophila and is specific for selected members of the nuclear hormone receptor superfamily.
Description
Our Alien rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from PhosphoSolutions is produced in-house. It detects drosophila, human, mouse, and rat Alien and is antigen affinity purified. It is great for use in WB.
Synonyms
COP9 signalosome complex subunit 2, CSN2, COPS2, JAB1 containing signalosome subunit 2, Thyroid Hormone Receptor Interactor 15, SGN2, TRIP15
