Lymphoprep™ is a high-quality density gradient separation medium developed for the isolation and purification of human mononuclear cells from whole blood samples. The optimized formulation enables the separation of lymphocytes and monocytes from other blood components, including erythrocytes and granulocytes, through centrifugation based on differences in cellular density. Specifications
Lymphoprep™ Density Gradient Medium is supplied as a ready-to-use sterile solution designed for the isolation of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs).
