Lymphoprep

Lymphoprep™ is a ready-to-use, sterile density gradient medium developed for the efficient isolation of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) including lymphocytes and monocytes. Based on a polysaccharide and sodium diatrizoate formulation, Lymphoprep™ provides a defined density gradient for the separation of mononuclear cells from whole blood samples using centrifugation. Its optimized formulation enables rapid and reliable cell recovery while maintaining cell integrity for downstream research applications. Lymphoprep™ is widely used in immunology, cell biology, flow cytometry, cell therapy research and molecular biology workflows requiring purified mononuclear cell populations.

Lymphoprep™ is supplied as a ready-to-use sterile density gradient solution designed for the isolation of human mononuclear cells from peripheral blood samples.
