Bovine CCL14 Recombinant Protein
Background:
CCL14 belongs to the CC chemokine family. It is also commonly known as HCC-1. There are at least 27 distinct members of the C-C subgroup reported for mammals. CC chemokines induce the migration of monocytes and other cell types such as NK cells and dendritic cells. CCL14 is expressed in various tissues including spleen, bone marrow, liver, muscle, and gut. CCL14 activates monocytes, but does not induce their chemotaxis.Description:
The Bovine CCL14 yeast-derived recombinant protein is not tagged and is naturally endotoxin-free. The purity is greater than 98% as visualized by SDS-PAGE analysis. Bovine CCL14 applications are for cell culture, ELISA standard, and Western Blot Control. Bovine CCL14 yeast-derived recombinant protein can be purchased in multiple sizes.
