Feline CCL7 Recombinant Protein

  • Background:

CCL7 (also known as MCP-3) is a member of the C-C Chemokine subfamily. There are at least 27 distinct members of the C-C subgroup reported for mammals. CCL7 specifically attracts monocytes, and regulates macrophage function. It is produced by certain tumor cell lines and by macrophages. Monocyte chemoattractantants (CCL2, CCL7, CCL8, and CCL13) recruit monocytes to sites of trauma, infection, toxin exposure, and ischemia.
  • Description:

The Feline CCL7 yeast-derived recombinant protein is not tagged and is naturally endotoxin-free. The purity is greater than 98% as visualized by SDS-PAGE analysis. Feline CCL7 applications are for cell culture, ELISA standard, and Western Blot Control. Feline CCL7 yeast-derived recombinant protein can be purchased in multiple sizes. Feline CCL7 Specifications: (Molecular Weight: 9.0 kDa) (Amino Acid Sequence: QPEGINSPTTCCYRFTVRKIPIQKLKSYRRITSSYCPREAVIFKTKQAKELCADPKQKWVQDFMEYLDKKTQTSKL (76) ) (Gene ID: 101096931) . For research use only.
