Dolphin CCL22 Recombinant Protein

  • Background:

CCL22 as well as its partner chemokine CCL17 induce chemotaxis in T-helper cells. Both are members of the C-C family of chemokines. There are at least 27 distinct members of the C-C subgroup reported for mammals. They are characterized by two adjacent cysteines. CC chemokines induce the migration of monocytes and other cell types such as NK cells and dendritic cells. CCL22 is secreted by dendritic cells and macrophages, and elicits its effects on its target cells by interacting with cell surface chemokine receptors such as CCR4.
  • Description:

The Dolphin CCL22 yeast-derived recombinant protein is not tagged and is naturally endotoxin-free. The purity is greater than 98% as visualized by SDS-PAGE analysis. Dolphin CCL22 applications are for cell culture, ELISA standard, and Western Blot Control. Dolphin CCL22 yeast-derived recombinant protein can be purchased in multiple sizes. Dolphin CCL22 Specifications: (Molecular Weight: 8.5 kDa) (Amino Acid Sequence: TEAGPYGANV EDSICCRDYI RHPLPLRLVK YYYWTSESCR RPGVVLLTVR DREICADPRL PWVKKILQRL DQ (72) ) (Gene ID: 101323189) .
