  ACRP30 antibody can be used to recognize human DR6 by Flow Cytometry. Method: 0.5 μ g of rhsACRP30headless was resolved by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, transferred to nitrocellulose and incubated with the Ne.Na mouse monoclonal antibody at a 1 μ g/mL dilution for 1 hour. Proteins were visualized using a peroxidase-conjugated antibody to mouse IgG and a chemiluminescence detection system.
