MSU38225 is an Nrf-2 inhibitor that increases levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS) . MSU38225 inhibits the growth of human lung cancer cells and enhances the sensitivity of human lung cancer cells to chemotherapy in vitro and in vivo. MSU38225 can be used in cancer research[1].
