  Chickens were immunized with highly purified normal Human IgG. After multiple immunizations, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. This fraction was immunoaffinity purified from an immunoabsorbant. Anti Human IgG was further absorbed against mouse, goat and rabbit IgG and then conjugated to fluorescein isothiocyanate.
