Description
5-DTAF is a fluorescein isomer that covalently labels polysaccharides and alcohols under basic aqueous conditions. With excitation/emission at 488/518 nm, it is widely used for in vitro labeling of glycans and in vivo tracing of biomolecules in cellular research.
