Description
BODIPY FL Thapsigargin is a green-fluorescent probe that potently and selectively inhibits SERCA calcium pumps in the endoplasmic reticulum. It is widely used in live-cell imaging and biochemical assays to study calcium signaling dynamics, endoplasmic reticulum stress, and thapsigargin-binding site localization in both in vitro and in vivo research models.
