DANSYL-X, SE is an environment-sensitive hydrophobic dye (Ex/Em: 333/518 nm) whose fluorescence intensifies in nonpolar environments. It is widely used as a fluorescent label for studying protein interactions, conformational changes, and localization in both in vitro assays and cellular imaging applications.
