Applications Notes
Suitable for use as HAMA blocker in Lateral flow immunoassay at concentration 0.1-0.5mg/ml. Remove NaN3 by dialysis before applying anti-HAMA Mab in ELISA with concentration 0.1mg/ml. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not be excluded.
Preservative
10 mM Tris-HCl pH 8.0 with 0.05% NaN3
