IPG-4 AM is a cell-permeable fluorescent K+ sensor with a Kd of 7 mM and 100-fold selectivity over Na+. It enables real-time monitoring of intracellular potassium dynamics and extracellular K+ fluctuations in live-cell and in vivo studies, such as neuronal activity and cardiac research.
