Description
JQ1-FITC is a high-affinity fluorescent probe for BRD4 bromodomains, with apparent KDs of 6.5 nM (BD1) and 5.8 nM (BD2) . Its green fluorescence (Ex/Em 495/525 nm) enables applications in FRET-based assays, fluorescence anisotropy, and cellular imaging for BET protein research in vitro.
