Applications Notes
Positive Control: Mamma carcinoma (normal mamma shows up lower expression of the protein), skin sweat glands. Pre-Treatment: Formalin-fixed tissue may be pre-treated for 30 min at 100°C with Unmasking Solution C (Citrate buffer Art. No. DE000), E (buffered EDTA Art. No. DE006) or G (Glycol based solution Art. No. DE007) preferably in a pressure cooker. Incubation Time: 60 min at RT
