Description
Rhod-5N AM is a cell-permeable, low-affinity calcium indicator (Kd ~19 μM) ideal for monitoring high calcium environments like the endoplasmic reticulum in live cells. Its esterase-activated form, with Ex/Em maxima of 551/576 nm, is widely used in vitro for studying calcium dynamics in organelles and in vivo for neuronal and cardiac research.
