Description

Atiprosine (AY-28228) is an orally active and selective α1-adrenergic receptor antagonist with a pA2 value of 8.11. It also exhibits antagonist activity against α2-adrenergic receptors, 5-HT2 receptors, and H1 receptors, with pA2 values of 6.04, 6.87, and 7.32 respectively.
