Description
JNJ627 is a small molecule allosteric inhibitor of IL-17A with a KD value of 92 nM. It effectively inhibits the binding of IL-17A to IL-17RA, with an IC50 of 16 nM. JNJ627 also suppresses the secretion of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor stimulated by IL-17A. This compound is applicable in research on autoimmune diseases (e.g., psoriasis) .
