Description
JNJ525 is a small molecule TNFα inhibitor that acts via an aggregation-based mechanism, blocking its interaction with TNFR1 and TNFR2 with IC50 values of ~1.2 μM and ~1.1 μM, respectively, as measured by TR-FRET.
