UNC7437 is an inhibitor of inositol phosphate multikinase (IPMK) with an IC50 of 26.2 nM. It exhibits antiproliferative activity against glioblastoma cells and reduces the accumulation of InsP4, InsP5, and InsP6 in cells. UNC7437 is applicable in research on TEN-negative glioblastoma models.
