Description
5’- (E) -VPG Phosphoramidite (5' (E) -VP-2'-OMe-iBu-GPhosphoramidite) is a structurally modified phosphoramidite reagent designed for synthesizing biologically stable oligonucleotides. It includes a VP protecting group that facilitates 5’ end coupling with target oligonucleotide chains via solid-phase synthesis. The construction of the modified oligonucleotide is completed through oxidation and deprotection steps. This compound is particularly useful in RNAi and viral replication research.
