Description
PNSC928 is an inhibitor of the CtBP2-p300 interaction, with an IC50 of 23.60 μM. It can reverse the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines induced by Lipopolysaccharides in RAW264.7 cells. Additionally, PNSC928 has the potential to ameliorate acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) in mice.
