Description
HOOC-PEG-SH (MW 2000) (HOOC-PEG-Thiol (MW 2000) ) is a reactive thiol PEG derivative with terminal carboxyl groups. The carboxyl group can react with amines or hydroxyl groups to form stable amide bonds or less stable ester bonds. The PEG linkage between the thiol and carboxyl offers excellent water solubility, flexible bond length, and enhanced stability.
