Description
AKT-IN-24 (M17) is an allosteric AKT inhibitor that, in combination with Trametinib, synergistically suppresses TNBC by co-targeting the AKT/mTOR and MEK/ERK pathways. This dual-pathway inhibition blocks epithelial-mesenchymal transition, reducing proliferation and migration while promoting apoptosis in both cellular and animal models of breast cancer.
