Description
ERBB agonist-1 (EF-1) is a small molecule ERBB4 agonist (EC50: 10.5 μM) that induces receptor dimerization, activating Akt/ERK signaling. It demonstrates cardioprotective effects in vitro by inhibiting cardiomyocyte death and fibrosis, and in vivo by attenuating cardiac hypertrophy and fibrosis in mouse models.
