Description
RD-23 is an orally bioavailable, selective PROTAC degrader of RET, notably degrading the RETG810C mutant with a DC50 of 11.7 nM. It suppresses downstream Shc signaling and induces apoptosis, making it a valuable tool for in vitro and in vivo research on RET-driven cancers such as medullary thyroid carcinoma.
