Description
MLK3-IN-1 (Compound 37) is a potent and selective mixed-lineage kinase 3 (MLK3) inhibitor (IC50 <1 nM) with excellent metabolic stability in liver microsomes. It also inhibits FAK at a much higher IC50 of 15.5 μM. This tool compound is used in biochemical and cellular research to investigate MLK3 signaling pathways in cancer and inflammatory diseases.
