Description
DDO-3055 is an orally bioavailable inhibitor of prolyl hydroxylase domain 2 (PHD2) used in research. It is applied in preclinical studies investigating the treatment of anemia, particularly in models of chronic kidney disease, through the stabilization of HIF-α.
