Description
P7-2302 is a potent dual inhibitor of PDE7 (IC50=0.18 nM) and PDE4B (IC50=77.3 nM) that also modulates P-gp/BCRP efflux. Its low brain uptake and suitability for 18F-labeling make it a valuable PET tracer candidate for in vivo imaging and in vitro studies of phosphodiesterase function and transporter interactions.
