LC3B recruiter 2 (34R) is an Autophagy-Tethering Compound (ATTEC) that binds LC3B and links to the CDK9 inhibitor SNS-032, enabling targeted degradation of the CDK9/Cyclin T1 complex via the autophagy-lysosome pathway. This bifunctional molecule inhibits and degrades its target, disrupting cancer cell cycle progression, and has demonstrated antitumor activity in cellular research models.
