Hck-IN-2 (Compound 8e) is a small molecule HCK inhibitor with antitumor activity, demonstrating cytotoxic effects in vitro with IC50 values of 19.58 μM in MDA-MB-231 cells and 1.42 μM in MCF-7 cells. It is a research tool for studying oncogenic signaling in breast cancer and other malignancies.
