Description
Ardeemin is a P-glycoprotein inhibitor that blocks the efflux of chemotherapeutic agents, reversing multidrug resistance in cancer cells. In both in vitro assays and breast cancer xenograft models, it has been shown to resensitize tumors to anticancer drugs.
