Description
Nocarnickelamides B is a linear peptide and dual ROCK1/ROCK2 inhibitor with IC50 values of 14.9 μM and 21.9 μM, respectively. It acts at the ATP-binding site to suppress myosin light chain activation and is a useful research tool for studying cytoskeletal dynamics in glaucoma and other fibrotic disease models.
