Description
CLPP-2068 is an orally active, potent activator of human ClpP (EC50=50.4 nM) . It demonstrates anti-proliferative activity (IC50=5.2 nM) in OCI-LY10 cells by inducing mitochondrial dysfunction, G1 cell cycle arrest, and apoptosis, with confirmed anti-tumor efficacy in mouse xenograft models.
