Description
RU-16117 is an orally active, weak estrogen and a partial agonist/antagonist derived from ethynyl estradiol. It is used in research to study estrogen deficiency models, demonstrating the ability to suppress basal gonadotropin secretion and attenuate the LH response to LHRH in vivo.
