Description
KRASG12C IN-15 (Compound 21) is a potent, orally bioavailable KRASG12C inhibitor with an IC50 of 19 nM for blocking SOS1-mediated nucleotide exchange. It demonstrates strong cellular activity, inhibiting ERK phosphorylation and viability in MIA PaCa-2 cells (IC50s of 0.051 μM and 0.023 μM, respectively), and shows in vivo antitumor efficacy in a MIA PaCa-2 xenograft model.
