Description
NEK7-IN-1 (Compound I-15) is a potent and selective small molecule inhibitor of NEK7, demonstrating IC50 values below 100 nM for the kinase and under 50 nM for IL-1β release inhibition. This tool compound is widely applied in biochemical and cellular assays to investigate NEK7's role in NLRP3 inflammasome activation and inflammatory disease models, both in vitro and in vivo.
