Description
IRES-C11 is a selective small molecule inhibitor that disrupts c-MYC translation by blocking the hnRNP A1 interaction with its IRES, without affecting IRES activity of BAG-1, XIAP, or p53. It is a valuable research tool for studying oncogene expression and has been utilized in both in vitro and in vivo models to investigate c-MYC-driven cancers.
