Description
DG 381B (11-Deoxyglycyrrhetinic acid) is a bioactive small molecule with demonstrated anti-inflammatory and anticancer properties. In vitro studies show it suppresses gastric cancer cell proliferation by inducing apoptosis and G2/M phase arrest, mediated through p21 upregulation and downregulation of cdc2/cyclin B1.
