Description
PAK4-IN-5 (Compound 12i) is a potent and selective PAK4 inhibitor (IC50 = 7.68 nM) that blocks MDA-MB-231 cell proliferation and migration in vitro by suppressing PAK4/LIMK1 signaling. It induces G0/G1 arrest, apoptosis, and ROS production. The compound demonstrates an oral LD50 >500 mg/kg in mice, supporting its use in cancer research, particularly for studying PAK4's role in tumor progression.
