Description
MG-T-19 is a potent small molecule TIM-3 inhibitor (K_D=0.26 μM) that blocks interactions with PtdSer, CEACAM1, and Gal-9. This blockade enhances TNF-α and IFN-γ production in PBMCs, restoring T-cell-mediated anti-tumor activity, supporting its use in immuno-oncology research both in vitro and in vivo.
